Модель публічної комунікації та соціальної інклюзії

Abstract

UA: Головним фокусом статті є дослідження знань та можливостей бачення моделі публічної комунікації та соціальної інклюзії України щодо сучасного та майбутнього її стану повоєнного відновлення. Висновками статті є необхідність змін в сфері державного управління, спрямованих на створення відкритих Smart-знань щодо забезпечення соціальної інклюзії та протидії корупції. В дослідженні розглядаються головні составні моделі публічної комунікації та соціальної інклюзії. Авторами наведенні приклади антикорупційного майбутнього з сильним демократичними цінностями та громадянським суспільством, впровадження інформаційно-креативних технологій та програм зі Smart потенціалом в умовах гіпер політичної і гіпер економічної реальності. Означенні інтелектуальні заходи які сприяють ефективному сталому розвитку політики публічної комунікації та соціальної інклюзії в період європеїзації Україні.

EN: The main focus of the article is the research of knowledge and possibilities of the vision of the model of public communication and social inclusion of Ukraine in relation to the current and future state of its post-war recovery. The conclusions of the article are the need for changes in the field of public administration, aimed at creating open Smart-knowledge for ensuring social inclusion and combating corruption. The study examines the main component models of public communication and social inclusion. The authors give examples of an anticorruption future with strong democratic values and civil society, the implementation of information and creative technologies and programs with Smart potential in the conditions of hyper political and hyper economic reality. Designation of intellectual measures that contribute to the effective sustainable development of the policy of public communication and social inclusion in the period of Europeanization of Ukraine.
