Abstract

The paper analyzes the study of metrological characteristics and the possibilities of using a precision computer tool to improve the accuracy and quality of manufactured products and to optimize production processes. With the development of industry, the requirements for the accuracy and quality of manufactured products are increasing. High accuracy of measurements and adaptation of results to the requirements of modern production can be provided by a precision computer tool, such as a computer caliper. Having analyzed the increase in the accuracy of measurements when using a computer caliper, we can conclude that the use of a precision computer to increase the accuracy of measurements is appropriate and relevant, because it will ensure the manufacture of high-precision and high-quality products.
