Abstract

UA: У даній статті розглядається можливість удосконалення організації роботи та відпочинку локомотивних бригад моторвагонного рухомого складу в умовах приміського депо Чернігів. Локомотивне господарство є однією з найважливіших складових залізничного транспорту. Грамотна експлуатація дає змогу збільшити пробіг локомотивів, що призводить до зниження витрат і дає можливість обходитися меншою кількістю секцій електропоїздів і локомотивних бригад.

EN: This article discusses the possibility of improving the organization of work and rest of locomotive crews motor-car rolling stock in a suburban depot Chernihiv. Locomotive economy is one of the most important components of rail transport. Smart operation allows you to increase the mileage of locomotives, which leads to lower costs and eliminates the need for fewer sections of trains and locomotive crews. Qualitative improvement of working conditions, optimization of cargo also lead to lower nonproduction costs and reduce the number of hours of overtime, which positively affects the working atmosphere in the locomotive depot. The system of preparation and training of locomotive crews is crucial to further work drivers. The main objectives of the training of locomotive crews are: - Training actions in abnormal and emergency situations; - Training with modern locomotive systems management and security; - Training of rational methods of driving trains; - Reduce the length and quality of training drivers and assistant drivers.
