Аналіз функціонування приміських перевезень в умовах створення ПАТ

Abstract

UA: У статті проведено аналіз функціонування приміських перевезень залізничного транспорту України в умовах створення ПАТ «Укрзалізниця». Розглянуто проблеми приміських пасажирських перевезень та актуальні шляхи їх вирішення. Запропоновано організаційно технологічні заходи з удосконалення планування і регулювання перевізного процесу в приміському сполученні. Поставлено основні задачі математичного моделювання систем прогнозування та оперативного регулювання приміських перевезень.

EN: The article gives an analysis of the functioning of suburban railway transportation in Ukraine. Besides, it examines the problems of suburban passenger traffic. The subjects of crisis, unprofitableness and some incompetence of the railways are touched upon in this article. Moreover, it proposes the reforms to improve and stabilize the financial situation of JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia». We consider the problem of the railway industry today. The condition and operation of the commuter traffic in terms of reform and the creation of an open joint stock company (JSC). Also, an analysis of the financial situation, which is unstable and unprofitable at the moment, in the past and this year. A reform plan for improving the condition and operation of the railway. The plan includes proposals for the consideration of transport costs, upgrading staff, motivating employees, employee training, improve the image of the railway and competitiveness. Delivered major problem of mathematical modeling and forecasting of operational management of commuter traffic.
