Транспортний комплекс України: виклики воєнного часу та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану, особливостей та перспектив розвитку транспортного комплексу України в умовах повномасштабного російського вторгнення на територію України. Доведено, що ефективна протидія агресивним планам рф значною мірою залежить від здатності транспортних компаній швидко реагувати на реалії воєнного стану. Зазначено, що з першого дня військової агресії відповідні органи державної влади у співпраці з керівництвом усіх транспортних компаній запровадили низку першочергових заходів, які було реалізовано державними та транспортними органами в перші місяці повної російської окупації, та продемонстрували високий рівень адаптації українського транспортного сектору до умов існування в нових реаліях воєнного стану.

EN: The article is devoted to the study of the current state, peculiarities and prospects of development of the domestic freight transportation market in the context of a full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine. The author outlines the consequences of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022 for the transport infrastructure. It is noted that constant rocket attacks force representatives of all sectors of the economy to adapt to existence in wartime conditions. The relevance of the study is due to the need to ensure the stable functioning and development of the transport and logistics sector in the context of overcoming the crisis in the Ukrainian economy caused by the war. The purpose of the study is to identify the key features, main problems and prospects for further development of the Ukrainian freight transportation market, as well as to develop practical recommendations. The study analyzes the general state of the freight transportation market before and after the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine in order to improve the provision of freight transportation services in Ukraine. Based on the results of the study, the main changes that occurred in the freight transportation industry in wartime are outlined. The dynamics of freight transportation by road, rail, sea and air is characterized. The main factors that influenced the functioning of the studied industry in wartime are considered. The key features of domestic and international freight transportation are identified. An overview of measures and initiatives taken by the Ukrainian government to support international freight transportation is provided. The study shows that under the current crisis conditions caused by russia's military aggression, Ukraine's transport enterprises were able to respond quickly and adapt to the war conditions, managed to quickly find reserves to restore and maintain uninterrupted operation, so the national economy was able to survive, and Ukraine was able to maintain its status as an export country to continue to guarantee food security in many countries of the world.
