Проблеми економічної безпеки підприємств України в умовах глобальної цифровізації

Abstract

UA: Зараз основним напрямом розвитку світової економіки можна назвати цифровізацію – тобто економіку, основою якої є цифрові технології. Вони охоплюють майже всі сфери діяльності суспільства. Більше того, з переходом до нової економіки пріоритети змістилися з боку фінансів у бік якості та моральних цінностей. Тобто змінюється концепція товару чи послуги – у ній з'являється творча та духовна складова. Наразі вся світова економіка перебуває у стані цифрової революції, яка диктує нові умови для прийняття управлінських рішень на глобальному рівні у всіх сферах людського розвитку. Щодо України, то саме цифровізація, тобто розвиток інформаційних цифрових інструментів, є одним із основних шляхів для входження її до ЄС та виходу на світовий ринок. В Україні виділяється багато проблем на шляху цифровізації, який складається з купи ризиків та загроз, що заважають розвитку сучасних підприємств та країни у цілому. Тому ми проаналізували сучасний стан економіки та зробили пропозиції щодо рішення цих питань.

EN: At present, the main direction of development of the world economy can be safely called digitization - that is, the economy based on digital technologies. They cover almost all aspects of society's activities. Moreover, with the transition to a new economy, priorities shifted from finance to quality and moral values. That is, the concept of a product or service is changing - a creative and spiritual component appears in it. That is, if earlier the main emphasis was on profit, now the first place is capital investment in innovative developments and non-standard solutions to the tasks, the goal of which is to improve the quality of products and maximize consumer satisfaction. The use of network models of enterprise management, as well as models that have recently appeared, such as crowdsourcing and crowdfunding. These models imply the voluntary pooling and use of capital through Internet platforms for the purpose of joint business. Currently, the entire world economy is in a state of digital revolution, which dictates new conditions for making management decisions at the global level in all areas of human development. Digitization has given small companies and project teams the ability to create new products and bring them to market quickly on par with the big companies out there. This led to the beginning of the shift of "innovation centers" from large companies to small ones (startups, etc.). Many scientists believe that the transition to digital technologies contributes to the transition of enterprises to online mode, which, in turn, requires new approaches to economic security. As for Ukraine, digitalization, that is, the development of digital information tools, is one of the main tools for Ukraine's entry into the EU and entry into the world market. In Ukraine, many problems stand out on the way to digitization, which constitutes many risks and threats that hinder the development of modern enterprises and the country as a whole. It should also be noted that Ukraine has an action program that will contribute to the transition of the domestic economy to a digital one by 2030. However, the digital economy also has negative sides. Its main risks are: the transformation of some industries, which will lead to an increase in unemployment, and cybercrime. Therefore, we analyzed the current state of the economy and made proposals for solving these issues.
