Перспективи цифрового розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: Цифрова трансформація для сучасного підприємства стала не лише провідним перспективним напрямом розвитку, а й життєвою необхідністю для утримання наявних та завоювання нових конкурентних переваг. Стаття присвячена питанням подальшого розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту із використанням інформаційних технологій. У дослідженні виокремлено автоматизовані системи управління, які у своїй діяльності застосовує АТ «Укрзалізниця». Зазначено, що одним із напрямів подальшого цифрового розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту є застосування інтервального регулювання, впровадження проєкту «Інтелектуальна система комплексного управління рухом поїздів на швидкісних напрямах», створення високоточних координатних систем та системи безпеки пасажирів, обслуговуючого персоналу і об'єктів пасажирського комплексу створені високоточні координатні системи.

EN: The development of technologies leads to a change in the paradigm of enterprise activity, because based on the systematic implementation of digital solutions, enterprises are forced to adjust their economic activity to new challenges. Historically, transport, including railway, is a very conservative field, in which it is rather difficult to implement large-scale transformations. However, today's challenges require significant attention to digital development, so the industry must transform to be competitive in the market. Especially since railways, as a ground mode of transport, have a significant competitive advantage related to their environmental friendliness. The importance and strategic nature of digitalization of enterprises is also because digital technologies are not only an opportunity to better use the existing infrastructure and capacities to meet the needs for high-quality transport and logistics services. Investments in the digital development of enterprises are one of the progressive mechanisms for creating high-paying jobs and a tool for balancing the development of the transport sector. Enterprises in the field of transport, including railways, must develop in accordance with today's requirements; therefore, the wide implementation of information systems is necessary to ensure the competitiveness of the industry, especially in matters of traffic management and ensuring comprehensive safety of transport enterprises. Currently, UZ uses a number of automated management systems in its activities. However, the above technical solutions are not enough to ensure the competitive development of railway transport enterprises. So, in our opinion, the industry needs to find and implement other digital solutions. In particular, the application of interval regulation can serve as a vivid example of the effectiveness of creating complex management systems using information technologies. Implementation of the project "Intelligent system of complex control of train traffic on high-speed routes", creation of high-precision coordinate systems and safety systems for passengers, service personnel and objects of the passenger complex, highprecision coordinate systems were created, etc. Thus, the introduction of information technologies associated with the introduction of multi-level rail transport management systems is the defining development of railway transport enterprises today.
