Удосконалення державного регулювання ринку соціальних послуг в умовах стратегічного курсу на досягнення в Україні європейських стандартів життя

Abstract

UA: У статті проаналізовано проблеми, пов'язані з формування ринку послуг в умовах стратегічного курсу на досягнення в Україні європейських стандартів життя. Виявлено пріоритети розвитку ринку соціальних послуг у стратегії економічного розвитку України. Розроблено пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності механізму державного регулювання ринку соціальних послуг в умовах становлення інформаційної економіки. Досліджено можливі напрями реформування системи управління організаціями сфери соціальних послуг з позиції оптимізації інформаційного обміну між учасниками ринку.

EN: In the article the problems connected with forming the market of services have been analyzed within the strategic course to reach the European life standards in Ukraine. The priorities of social services market development have been defined in the strategy of economic development of Ukraine. The suggestions have been worked out as to increasing the efficiency of the government regulation mechanism of the social services market in the conditions of informational economy. The possible directions have been researched of reforming the managing system in the sphere of social services from the position of optimization the information exchange between the members of the market.
