Удосконалення процедур митного контролю та оформлення міжнародних вантажів при перевезенні залізничним транспортом в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

UA: Міжнародні вантажні перевезення є невід’ємною складовою сучасної глобальної економіки, і залізничний транспорт відіграє важливу роль у забезпеченні ефективного та надійного перевезення вантажів між країнами. Одним із ключових аспектів, що впливає на швидкість і безпеку таких перевезень, є митний контроль і оформлення вантажів. У зв'язку з розвитком цифрових технологій виникає необхідність удосконалення цих процесів шляхом інтеграції цифрових рішень. У статті проаналізовано сучасні методи і технології, такі як електронне декларування, автоматизовані системи аналізу даних та інтегровані інформаційні платформи, що дають змогу підвищити ефективність митного контролю.

EN: The article is devoted to the research of proposals on the organization of rational customs control, processing and passing of trains at the border transfer stations of Ukraine in the service international traffic. For quality work and fast processing of cars there is a need to improve the information component of the transportation process export and import freight flows through border transmission stations. The introduction of innovative technologies should provide automated equipment for checking cargo when crossing the customs border, creating and scanning all necessary customs documents in electronic form, determining the customs value and product code using artificial intelligence technology, and so on. Thus, there is a need to improve customs control and clearance procedures for the transportation of international cargo by rail in the conditions of digital transformation. Automated verification of customs declarations in rail transport using artificial intelligence has its advantages, such as increased speed and efficiency: artificial intelligence can automate many processes, which leads to fast and efficient processing of customs declarations of goods and documents; accuracy and speed: artificial intelligence works without fatigue and is not influenced by human factors, which contributes to increasing the accuracy and speed of procedures; automatic report generation: AI systems can automatically generate reports and documents, simplifying the documentation process. Overall, the use of artificial intelligence to automate rail customs control can lead to improved efficiency and accuracy of procedures, but requires careful design and management.
