Перспективи використання стійкої логістики в Україні

Abstract

UA: У статті визначено сутність стійкої логістики та окреслено завдання, які вона дозволяє вирішити. Наведено переваги впровадження стійких логістичних практик та розглянуто проблеми, з якими стикаються компанії під час їх впровадження. Наведено приклади практик стійкої логістики в залежності від конкретного контексту та галузі. Розглянуто ключові тренди та тенденції використання цифрових технологій в логістиці.

EN: The article defines the essence of sustainable logistics and outlines the tasks that it allows to solve. The advantages of implementing sustainable logistics practices are given, such as: reducing costs associated with logistics operations; reduction of negative impact on the environment; improving the company's reputation; improvement of social efficiency; achieving compliance with regulatory requirements of environmental and social norms and standards; stimulation of innovation and creativity, development of new technologies, processes and business models. Challenges faced by companies when implementing sustainable logistics are considered, including the high costs of implementing sustainable logistics practices; insufficient awareness of enterprise management or limited understanding of sustainable logistics practices and their benefits; resistance from employees and stakeholders; limited availability of ecological logistics methods in some cases; difficulties in measuring the impact of sustainable logistics practices and communicating the benefits to stakeholders; the trade-offs between the environmental benefits of sustainable logistics and the economic costs, and the possibility that some companies may have conflicting goals. Examples of sustainable logistics practices depending on the specific context and industry are given, such as: environmentally friendly vehicles, optimization of routes and types of transport, ecological packaging, energy efficiency, cooperation between companies. Key trends and trends in the use of digital technologies in logistics are considered, among which cyclical supply chains, joint economic logistics platforms and servicing can be highlighted. It was concluded that even in the conditions of martial law, Ukrainian enterprises can apply the practice of sustainable logistics, because it allows to reduce the negative impact on the environment, increase efficiency and improve reputation.
