Пріоритетні вектори реалізації інноваційних перетворень на залізничному транспорті України

Abstract

UA: У статті відзначено, що стимулювати процеси сталого та інноваційного зростання залізничного транспорту і забезпечити його ефективне функціонування в умовах поствоєнного відновлення української економіки можливо шляхом застосування дієвих механізмів та інструментів інноваційної модернізації процесів і діяльності підприємств даного сектору відповідно до глобальних інноваційних трансформацій, притаманних світовій залізничній галузі. Проаналізовано сучасний стан, проблеми та перспективи розвитку українських підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах війни в країні. Досліджено світові інноваційні тренди розвитку залізничного транспорту, серед яких: розширення залізничної мережі і розбудова мультимодальної транспортнологістичної інфраструктури; реалізація цифрових та екологічних ініціатив; розвиток транскордонних та мультимодальних транспортно-логістичних послуг тощо. Зважаючи на глобальні пріоритети модернізації залізничної галузі встановлено перспективні напрями реалізації інноваційних перетворень на залізничному транспорті України.

EN: A full-scale armed invasion and the expansion of the territorial boundaries of active hostilities became a difficult test for Ukraine's economy. Both the population and infrastructure objects suffer from constant shelling. Railway transport was not an exception, the full realization of its potential is currently limited both by the damage and actual loss of railway infrastructure facilities, as well as by the limitation of seaport operations and the partial blockade of rail freight transportation on the western border of the country. However, despite such difficult conditions, railway transport continues to fulfill its functions, meeting the transportation needs of the population and the economy. It is possible to stimulate the processes of sustainable and innovative growth of railway transport and ensure its effective functioning in the conditions of the post-war recovery of the Ukrainian economy by using effective mechanisms and tools for innovative modernization of the processes and activities of enterprises in this sector in accordance with the global innovative transformations inherent in the world railway industry. The current state, problems and prospects for the development of Ukrainian railway transport enterprises in the conditions of war in the country are analyzed. It was revealed that despite the global economic instability, the increase of interstate conflicts, the reduction of volumes and profitability of their activities, the world's railway companies continue to implement innovative changes. The global innovative trends in the development of railway transport were studied, including: the expansion of the railway network and the development of multimodal transport and logistics infrastructure; implementation of digital and environmental initiatives; development of cross-border and multimodal mobility services, etc. Taking into account the global priorities of the modernization of the railway industry, promising directions for the implementation of innovative transformations in the railway transport of Ukraine have been established.
