Дослідження проблем логістичного управління

Abstract

UA: Статтю присвячено дослідженню проблем в управлінні логістикою будь-якого підприємства чи організації. Доведено, що своєчасне виявлення проблем в логістиці організації дозволяє оптимізувати процес управління логістикою. Виділено найбільш поширені проблеми в управлінні логістикою та основні кроки щодо їх подолання. Наголошено, що головною метою аналізу проблем в управлінні логістикою є виявлення перешкод та пошук шляхів зосередження на важливих аспектах, розроблення ефективних стратегій та поліпшення логістичних процесів. Представлено авторський підхід до аналізу управління логістикою організації.

EN: The article is devoted to the study of problems in logistics management of any enterprise or organization. It is proved that timely identification of problems in the logistics of the organization allows to optimize the process of logistics management. The most common problems in logistics management are identified, including: delays in deliveries, problems with inventory, problems with standards and regulations, high logistics costs, mismatch between promises and reality, insufficient automation and use of modern technologies, security issues, supply chain and risk management, environmental aspects, strategic planning, problems with customs procedures, complexity of global logistics networks, global instability, problems with labor management, lack of. It is proved that the above-mentioned problems can be solved with the help of a proper logistics management strategy, which includes the effective organization of logistics processes, development of technologies and standards, establishment of effective communication between departments, quality control and ensuring delivery on time and with high quality. The article discusses in detail the main steps that can be taken when analyzing problems in logistics management, including: problem identification, impact assessment, problem prioritization, root cause analysis, development of solution strategies, implementation and monitoring. It is emphasized that the main purpose of analyzing problems in logistics management is to identify obstacles and find ways to focus on important aspects, develop effective strategies and improve logistics processes. Analysis of studies of domestic and foreign sources and review of scientific literature on the management of logistics strategies allowed to form the author's approach to the analysis of logistics management. Having analyzed in detail each of the identified problems, it was concluded that the correct organization of the logistics management of the enterprise will help to avoid all emerging problems by developing appropriate logistics strategies. Thus, the proposed approach will expand the understanding of current challenges and opportunities in the field of transport and technology.
