Удосконалення організації поїздопотоків у межах міжнародних транспортних коридорів

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто питання щодо удосконалення організації поїздопотоків у межах міжнародних транспортних коридорів (МТК), а саме причини затримок їх на прикордонних передавальних станціях. Розроблено математичну модель просування міжнародних вагонопотоків по мережі залізниць України, структура якої включає цільову функцію - питомі експлуатаційні витрати на один вагон упродовж всього логістичного ланцюга та систему обмежень, яка визначає технічні, технологічні та нормативні умови. Прийнято рішення про впровадження інтерактивної комп’ютерної системи підтримки прийняття рішень, яка буде допомагати в покращенні процесу просування вагонопотоків в умовах функціонування МТК.

EN: The article deals with the issue of improving the organization of train flow within international transport corridors, namely causes of their delays at border transmission stations. Each delay in transmission of carriages at border stations leads to increased consumption of resources of all kinds. Most of them are connected to time-consuming, while others should be attributed to energy, industrial, human, informational and, above all, material resources. The mathematical model of promoting international carriage traffic on the railway network of Ukraine, which structure includes the objective function - specific operating costs for each carriage throughout the logistics chain and system constraints, which determines technical, technological and regulatory conditions. The decision on the introduction of interactive computer decision support system that will help to improve carriage traffic promotion process under conditions of ITC. Creation of transport corridors and their entry into the international transport system considered a national priority direction of development of transport system in Ukraine.
