Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено сучасний стан залізничного швидкісного транспорту в Україні та основні проблеми його розвитку. Проведено аналіз вітчизняного та закордонного досвіду впровадження високошвидкісного руху на залізничному транспорті. Обґрунтовано економічну доцільність впровадження високошвидкісного пасажирського руху в Україні та визначено перспективи його розвитку. Поставлені основні завдання для реалізації стратегічних рішень та впровадження масштабних інноваційних проектів.

EN: In the article the current state of high-speed rail transport in Ukraine and the main problems of development. An analysis of domestic and international experience implementing high-speed traffic on the railway. Specific operating conditions Ukrainian railways compared with Western characterized by a much greater amount of transport work, greater intensity of train significantly more weight trains and axial loads rolling stock. Today reserves the technical capacity of rail transport, its carrying capacity is almost exhausted. At the Ukrainian railway line exists classical form of transport - a mixed movement. Increased speeds require higher quality railway, which negatively affect freight trains. Therefore, increasing capacity and introducing high-speed traffic on the Ukrainian railways is a much more difficult task than the Western European railways. Grounded economic feasibility of the introduction of high-speed passenger traffic in Ukraine and identified the prospects of its development. Delivered major tasks for implementing the strategic decisions and the implementation of large-scale innovative projects.
