Протиріччя процесу реформування в економіці

Abstract

UA: Розглянуто різні підходи науковців до визначення поняття «реформування» і його зв’язок із такими категоріями як «реструктуризація», «реорганізація», «реінжиніринг». Проаналізовано етапи здійснення процесу реформування і особливості кожного. Представлено авторський погляд на поняття реформування і визначено його неоднозначний характер.

EN: Modern changing environmental conditions placed special emphasis on improving the adaptive capacity of business entities. One way to preserve the economic system is to reform the enterprise, along with the restructuring, reorganization and reengineering aimed at improving competitiveness and ensuring the effectiveness of economic activity in the long run. But we can not identify these concepts because each of them has its own peculiarities and differences. The aim of the study is further detailed analysis of possible threats in reforming and finding ways to overcome them. Various approaches of scientists to the definition of «reform» and its relationship with such categories as «restructuring», «reorganization», «re-engineering» have been considered in this article. The stages of the reform process and the characteristics of each are analyzed. The author’s view on the concept of reform has been represented and its ambiguous nature has been identified. So, reform it is a process that is the embodiment of qualitative and quantitative changes in all areas of the business entity, and the process of establishing new and manage existing connections and relationships with other entities, leading to its active development (businesses, industry, sector, etc.). Embodied changes are intended to counter emerging threats, but, in my opinion, at the same time create new ones, because focus on the dual nature of the reform process, which both helps and creates new problems.
