Аналіз організації роботи залізничних вокзалів в умовах здійснення трансферних пасажирських перевезень

Abstract

UA: У роботі проведено аналіз передового досвіду організації роботи залізничних вокзалів в умовах здійснення трансферних пасажирських перевезень, що дало змогу сформулювати основні напрямки розвитку трансферних пасажирських перевезень на залізничному транспорті України. Досліджено технології роботи найбільших залізничних вокзалів світу. Доведено ефективність застосування технології трансферних перевезень на залізницях світу. Встановлено необхідність формалізації процесу перевезень пасажирів з урахуванням пересадок між швидкісними і звичайними поїздами на залізничних вокзалах України.

EN: The article analyzes the best practices of the organization of the railway stations under the conditions of transfer passengers, which made it possible to formulate the basic directions of the transfer of passenger traffic on the railways of Ukraine. Studied the technology of most railway stations in the world. Analysis of trends in passenger traffic showed that current approaches to improving technology Railway stations require submission to the interchange as an integrated complex. This approach requires technology research stations working from the perspective of system analysis, namely considering its interaction with other complex interchange that will realize the trip passengers "single ticket" within technology transfer traffic. Analysis of transfer passenger traffic on the railways proved that in Ukraine this technology practically not developed. Greater development of these freight railways to become the Netherlands, Japan, Germany, France, thus improving the quality of rail passenger services and attract more passengers from other modes of transport. Established the need to formalize the process of passenger connections between the lightspeed and conventional trains on the railway stations of Ukraine.
