Системно-аналітичний опис автоматизованої системи планування вантаження-вивантаження: структура та функціональна наповненість (Частина 1)

Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена питанням, пов'язаним з перевезенням вантажів на залізничному транспорті. Розглянуто технологію помісячного планування, яка стала основою для системно-аналітичного опису оперативного планування вантаження-вивантаження в регіоні залізниці і дала змогу визначити склад потрібного прикладного програмного забезпечення. Досвід експлуатації розробленої автоматизованої системи підтвердив повноту її функціонального наповнення та ефективність обраної методики побудови календарних планів.

EN: The article is devoted to issues related to the carriage of goods by rail. The technology of a monthly planning, which became the basis for the systematic and analytical description of operational planning of loading-unloading in the region of the road and has allowed us to determine the structure of the necessary application software. The planning process is quite laborious and responsible. One needs to prepare, print and distribute the telegramsto the stations, calculate the technical standards for the upcoming month, print them and check the printed documents. To reduce the influence of destabilizing factors and reduction of the number of unfilled requests of the stations, some special methods have been offered with their algorithms and their software implementation. The developed software complex is a multi-level hierarchical system. Input information flow to it is applicationfrom the stations-customers in the freight operations accomplishments. Further, the management and processing of this information hold special subsystems using different databases. It is advisable to select functionally homogeneous groups of modules and implement them in the procedures in the algorithmic high-level language (Visual Basic 6.0). The operating experience of the developed automated system has confirmed the completeness of its functionality and the effectiveness of the chosen techniques of construction schedules.
