Доцільність та ефективність швидкісних залізничних пасажирських перевезень

Abstract

UA: У статті вказується на доцільність та ефективність швидкісних залізничних пасажирських перевезень, де для розрахунку кореспонденцій потоків в умовах залізничного швидкісного пасажирського сполучення запропоновано математичну модель прогнозування кореспонденцій на основі ентропії, яка, на відміну від існуючих, дозволяє отримати інтервальні оцінки обсягів пасажиропотоків, що в подальшому надасть можливість проводити більш точні розрахунки щодо економічної доцільності реалізації інноваційних проектів підвищення швидкості руху на залізничному транспорті.

EN: Transport speed is the basic index of transport politics, that successfully clinched by West Europe states. In the article to calculate the correspondence flows in conditions of high-speed passenger rail service proposed a mathematical model for predicting correspondences on the basis of entropy, which unlike existing enables to obtain interval estimates of the volume of passenger traffic that in the future will enable more accurate calculations on the economic feasibility of innovative projects to increase the speed of movement of railway transport. Nowadays the passenger torrent principally consists of the prosperous sections of population such as businessmen and tourists. In spite of that the population( quantity of passengers) of high-speed trains increased comparatively than last year. Passengers prefer high-speed rail transport, and therefore the profitability of the Railways will increase significantly. It indicates the feasibility and effectiveness of high-speed rail passenger traffic. The speed and high-speed traffic is a perspective direction of development of transport.
