Підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств будівельної галузі в сучасних умовах господарювання

Abstract

UA: У статті проведено стислий аналіз розвитку будівельної галузі, зокрема сектору житлового будівництва; визначено проблеми та перспективи підвищення конкурентоспроможності будівельних організацій; обґрунтовано використання найбільш дієвого шляху підвищення ефективності їх діяльності в сучасних умовах господарювання в Україні. Доведено, що найбільш доцільним сьогодні шляхом підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств будівельної галузі є оптимізація операційних витрат, якої можна досягти за рахунок реалізації таких напрямків, як удосконалення логістики, планування будівельно-монтажних робіт, впровадження інновацій та удосконалення системи управління організацією на основі застосування процесного підходу. EN: The article provides a brief analysis of the development of the construction industry, including the housing sector; identified problems and prospects for increasing the competitiveness of construction organizations; the use of the most effective way of increasing the efficiency of their activity in the current economic conditions in Ukraine is substantiated. It is proved that today the most expedient way of increasing the efficiency of the enterprises of the construction industry is the optimization of operating costs, which can be achieved through the implementation of such areas as the improvement of logistics, planning of construction and installation works, the introduction of innovations and the improvement of the management system of the organization based on the process approach. The use of state-of-the-art door-todoor and on-time delivery schemes can solve the problem of maintaining our own warehouses and reducing downtime for organizational reasons. Improvement of the planning of construction works and compliance with compliance with all stages of the plan in time will allow ensuring timely completion of construction works and reducing investment risks and losses.
