Удосконалення концентрації вантажної і комерційної роботи в умовах інформатизації технологічних процесів залізниці

Abstract

UA: Об'єктом дослідження є процес вантажної та комерційної роботи. Метою дослідження є вирішення науково-прикладної задачі із удосконалення технології роботи в умовах інформатизації технологічних процесів галузі шляхом проведення адаптивної концентрації на залізниці в сфері вантажної і комерційної роботи, що якраз дозволить підвищити якість перевезень та зменшити витрати на пов'язані з цим ресурси. У кваліфікаційній роботі доведено, що досягнутий рівень інформатизації технологічних процесів залізничного транспорту України дас можливість сконцентрувати обробку перевізних документів вантажних станцій значного полігону в одному місці в Пункті концентрації обробки перевізних документів (ПКОПД). Розглянуто технологічні аспекти створення і функціонування ПКОПД; оцінено технологічні переваги функціонування ПКОПД, які полягають в тому, що висока концентрація фахівців в цьому центрі дозволяє їм активно підвищувати свій професійний рівень та надавати більш якісні послуги для користувачів послуг залізниці. Сформульована умова доцільності створення і функціонування ПКОПД з розшифровкою складових, яка полягає в тому, що економія витрат після створення ПКОПД не повинна перевищувати додаткові витрати, пов'язані з проведенням адаптивної концентрації.

EN: The object of research is the process of cargo and commercial work. The purpose of the research is to solve the scientific and applied problem of improving the technology of work in the conditions of informatization of the technological processes of the industry by conducting an adaptive concentration on the railways in the field of freight and commercial work, which will allow to improve the quality of transportation and reduce the costs of related resources. The qualification work proved that the achieved level of informatization of the technological processes of railway transport of Ukraine makes it possible to concentrate the processing of transport documents of freight stations of a significant landfill in one place - in the Center for the Processing of Transport Documents (CPTD). The technological aspects of the creation and functioning of CPTD were considered; evaluated the technological advantages of the CPTD functioning, which consist in the fact that the high concentration of specialists in this center allows them to actively raise their professional level and provide better services for users of railway services. The formulated condition for the feasibility of the creation and operation of the CPTD with the deciphering of the components, which consists in the fact that cost savings after the creation of the CPTD should not exceed the additional costs associated with the implementation of adaptive concentration.
