Методи інтелектуалізації системи економічної безпеки підприємства

Abstract

UA: Інтелектуальна система управління економічною безпекою підприємств — це комплексна система захисту підприємства, яка, враховуючи наявний потенціал, нейтралізує негативні зовнішні впливи та досягає поставлених цілей в умовах цифрової економіки на основі критеріїв створювального задоволення в умовах наявного середовища. Діяльність підприємств, зокрема транспортних, зараз проходить у агресивних зовнішніх умовах, із-за воєнного стану в Україні, що змушує змінювати характер економічного захисту підприємств у бік використання інтелектуальних технологій забезпечення економічної безпеки. Усе це вимагає оновлення всієї системи управління і захисту, яка на сьогодні є досить консервативною майже на всіх вітчизняних підприємствах. Проаналізувавши наявні методи удосконалення економічної безпеки підприємства і сучасні тренди, притаманні світовій економіці, необхідно розробити нову систему забезпечення економічної безпеки на основі визначення психотипу людини та методів її мотивації, оскільки тільки ця система спрямована на успішність у конкурентній боротьбі.

EN: Today, Ukraine has a situation characterized by the loss of competitive advantages in all areas of business. The country has become resource-oriented, which, of course, cannot fail to affect the general state of the economy. To change this situation, it is necessary to reorient the general policy of the country in the direction of intellectualization of all spheres of social life, since all over the world, under the influence of innovative processes, intellectual activity dominates over the mere production of goods or services. We can clearly see the main signs of the intellectualization of the economy in such fields as: science; education; high technologies, medicine; integration of enterprises with higher education institutions and research institutes; transition to creative satisfaction in the work of leading enterprises; changing requirements for personnel, especially for their intellectual knowledge, etc The intelligent system of managing the economic security of enterprises is a complex system of enterprise protection, which, taking into account the existing potential, neutralizes negative external influences and achieves the set goals in the conditions of the digital economy based on the criteria of creative satisfaction in the conditions of the existing environment. The latest trends in the world economy, the state of war in Ukraine force the nature of the economic protection of enterprises to change. Enterprises are currently operating in aggressive external conditions, so it is necessary to use intelligent technologies to ensure economic security. All this requires updating the entire system of management and protection, which today is quite conservative in almost all domestic enterprises. Having analyzed the existing methods of improving the economic security of the enterprise and modern trends inherent in the world economy, we came to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop a new system for ensuring economic security based on the definition of a person's psych type and methods of his motivation, since only this system is aimed at success in competition.
