Аналіз перспективних напрямів забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

UA: Зважаючи на кризові умови функціонування українських підприємств залізничного транспорту і невідповідність принципів їх діяльності інноваційним ринковим тенденціям доведено доцільність стимулювання інноваційних зрушень для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємств галузі на ринку транспортнологістичних послуг. Проаналізовано сучасний стан підприємств залізничного транспорту України, обсяги їх роботи та фінансові результати діяльності. Досліджено ключові тенденції розвитку світових залізничних компаній, а саме: організаційно-структурні трансформації, викликані процесами лібералізації і розбудовою конкурентного ринку залізничних перевезень, а також інноваційні зміни, пов’язані із застосуванням адитивних технологій, розробленням та впровадженням нових видів рухомого складу, реалізацією інших інноваційних рішень у сфері експлуатації та управління залізничною галуззю. Відзначено, що автоматизовані поїзди з дистанційним керуванням, передові системи відстеження та моніторингу рухомого складу, логістичні рішення на основі штучного інтелекту підвищують ефективність і надійність перевезень, оптимізують роботу залізничних компаній, сприяють значній економії коштів і покращенню якості надання транспортно-логістичних послуг.

EN: Railway transport companies have been operating in crisis conditions for a long time, and for about ten years their activities have been carried out in the conditions of the war, which first began in the east of the country, and then covered the territory of virtually the entire Ukrainian state. While Ukrainian enterprises, including the railway industry, adapt to the new military conditions of operation and perform a number of important social functions, global railway companies are actively implementing revolutionary technical and technological changes and carrying out organizational transformations to increase their competitive advantages. Taking into account the crisis conditions of the functioning of Ukrainian railway transport enterprises and the inconsistency of the principles of their activity with innovative market trends, the expediency of stimulating innovative shifts to ensure the competitiveness of industry enterprises on the market of transport and logistics services has been proven. The current state of railway transport enterprises of Ukraine, the scope of their work and the financial results of their activities are analyzed. The key trends in the development of the world's railway companies were studied, namely: organizational and structural transformations caused by the processes of liberalization and the development of a competitive market of railway transportation, as well as innovative changes associated with the use of additive technologies, the development and implementation of new types of rolling stock, the implementation of other innovative solutions in the field of operation and management of the railway industry. It was noted that automated trains with remote control, advanced systems for tracking and monitoring rolling stock, logistics solutions based on artificial intelligence increase the efficiency and reliability of transportation, optimize the work of railway companies, contribute to significant cost savings and improve the quality of the provision of transport and logistics services.
