Забезпечення ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту

UA: В статті доведено виключну роль ресурсного потенціалу в процесі забезпечення конкурентоспроможності сучасних суб’єктів господарювання. Доведено, що за умов цифрової трансформації світової економіки, головну роль у формуванні стійких конкурентних переваг сучасних підприємств залізничного транспорту переважно відграють інтелектуальні та інформаційні ресурси. В умовах тотальних змін світової економіки стратегічне управління стає каталізатором розвитку ресурсного потенціалу, а завдання розробки стратегії полягають у своєчасному виробленні управлінських рішень на основі врахування умов господарювання.

EN: The article proves the exceptional role of resource potential in the process of ensuring the competitiveness of modern business entities. The study of theoretical foundations made it possible to prove the fact that the resource potential of the enterprise (result) can be interpreted as a set of various types of resources of the economic entity necessary to ensure sustainable development in the conditions of risk-generating factors of the external and internal environment. The main structural components of the resource potential of railway transport enterprises are elements that have different functional purposes: material, informational, financial, intellectual and other types of resources. It has been proven that under the conditions of digital transformation of the world economy, the main role in the formation of sustainable competitive advantages of modern railway transport enterprises is mainly played by intellectual and informational resources. One of the main tasks of managing the enterprise's resource potential is determining its required level. Establishing the necessary level of resource potential of the railway transport enterprise provides an opportunity to assess: the actual level of resource potential; opportunities to increase the level of resource potential; prospects for further sustainable development of the enterprise under conditions of macro-environment instability. In the conditions of total transformation of the world economy, strategic management becomes a catalyst for the development of resource potential. The main task that such a strategy should solve is to introduce innovations and advanced digital technologies into the production process in accordance with today's requirements. The strategic asset of the enterprise characterizes the potential opportunity to achieve economic stability and competitive advantages in the conditions of an unstable external environment. Management of the enterprise's strategic asset resource potential involves management based on long-term forecasting of the organization's development, the use of intellectual resources, which allows timely response to changes in the environment and provides it with competitive advantages in achieving business objectives.
