Abstract

UA: Вантажні перевезення є одним з основних елементів в обміні товарами, але нові виклики в глобальній економічній системі створюють постійні проблеми для перевізників, змушуючи їх постійно адаптуватися до них. Ринок транспортнологістичних послуг не є винятком, адже його розвиток безпосередньо залежить від стану світової торгівлі. У дослідженні наведено основні чинники, які впливають на глобальні ланцюги постачання. Зауважено, що трансформація світової економіки вимагає від суб'єктів господарювання постійного переосмислення підходів до поведінки на ринку. За таких умов учасники ринків ланцюгів поставок повинні змінюватися, розробляючи нові бізнес-моделі, які дозволять транспортним компаніям адаптуватися до викликів зовнішнього середовища. Зазначено, що «зелена» логістика є ключовим чинником ефективного розвитку ринку транспортно-логістичних послуг в сучасних умовах.

EN: In today’s market conditions, global supply chains are affect by quite a few factors. Among them: sanctions against Russia, increasing production volumes on the territory of the United States in order to reduce dependence on China, in Europe, a change in legislation regarding the proper verification of supply chains, high uncertainty in supply chains, - greening of transportation processes. The future development of transport and logistics will depend on the further improvement of supply chains: in 2025, global supply chains will continue to stabilize, but shipping figures and port loading will be significantly lower. It will take some time to fully overcome the effects of the pandemic and supply disruptions caused by local military conflicts. Given the features of global economic and social transformation, changes in transport and logistics services will require the development and implementation of new business models that will allow transport companies to adapt to the changing economic environment. Greening is a key trend shaping supply chains and influencing the future development of the transport and logistics sector. Reducing greenhouse gas emissions by transport companies, which are forced to work according to new environmental and economic standards, requires the implementation of environmental management with an emphasis on environmental protection, which is a rather difficult task. One of the key principles of ecologically oriented business management is the achievement of both ecological and economic results through the implementation of the principles of "green" logistics. This is an increase in the environmental quality of products, a reduction in logistics cycles, an extension of the life cycle of goods, an effective use of production resources, a reduction in emissions and waste, optimization of the amount of products stored in warehouses, and storage and transportation costs. To successful implement the principles of "green" logistics, transport companies need to create an independent environmental service responsible for monitoring and managing the flow of pollutants and waste, optimizing the use of resources and minimizing emissions and waste.
