Передумови інтелектуального управління змінами експлуатаційних властивостей будівельних об'єктів за допомогою автономних комп'ютерних систем

Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена вибору засобів, що дозволяють забезпечити функціонування автономної комп'ютерної системи інтелектуального управління змінами експлуатаційних властивостей будівельних об'єктів. Показано, що більшість таких систем є системами моніторингу стану і не призначені для вироблення рішень з відновлення втрачених експлуатаційних властивостей і реалізації таких рішень, тобто управління змінами. Розробка схем автономної комп'ютерної системи інтелектуального управління змінами експлуатаційних властивостей будівельних об'єктів дозволить усунути суб'єктивний фактор та знизити ризик прийняття неправильного рішення. За основні складові розробленої системи прийнято: контрольовані параметри, що визначають експлуатаційні якості та їх збереження в часі; засоби контролю параметрів, що визначають експлуатаційні якості та їх збереження в часі (датчики і т.п.); виконавчі механізми з управління змінами конструкцій і частин будівель і споруд.

EN: The article is devoted to the choice of means to ensure the functioning of the autonomous computer system of intellectual management by changes in the operational properties of construction objects. It is shown that most of these systems are monitoring systems of state and are not intended to make decisions on the restoration of lost operational properties and the implementation of such solutions, that is, management of changes. The development of schemes of an autonomous computer system of intellectual management of changes in the operational properties of construction objects will eliminate the subjective factor and reduce the risk of making the wrong decision. The main components of the developed system are: controlled parameters that determine the operational qualities and their conservation in time; means of controlling the parameters that determine the operational qualities and their conservation in time (sensors, etc.); executive mechanisms for the management of changes in structures and parts of buildings and structures. Additionally it was determined constructions and elements of buildings and structures as well as main operational properties (qualities) that are management objects. The choice of detector elements kind was also substantiated.
