Забезпечення ефективності виробничих процесів підприємства: сучасні можливості та загрози

Abstract

UA: Дослідження особливостей функціонування сучасних підприємств дозволило виявити, що для збереження конкурентних позицій на ринку суб’єкти реального сектору економіки інтегрують сучасні технічні та технологічні рішення, застосовують масштабовані та гнучкі цифрові новації для вдосконалення складних виробничих процесів, досягнення наскрізної видимості, покращення якості виробництва та загалом оптимізації бізнес-процесів. З’ясовано, що для досягнення поставлених завдань керівництво підприємства повинне зосередитися на оптимізації всіх процесів, пов’язаних з виробництвом кінцевого продукту, починаючи від замовлення сировини і закінчуючи безпосереднім виробництвом продукції. Визначено, що управління ефективністю виробничих процесів підприємства – це діяльність, пов’язана з плануванням, організацією, контролем та координацією виробничих процесів з метою досягнення максимальної продуктивності господарської діяльності та якості продукції при мінімізації операційних витрат. З’ясовано, що нині ключовим драйвером трансформаційних змін у виробничій діяльності виступає цифровізація. Розкрито напрями здійснення цифрових перетворень і особливості їх реалізації. Акцентовано увагу як на позитивних аспектах цифровізації, так і на загрозах та викликах застосування цифрових технологічних рішень у сфері виробництва.

EN: Today, manufacturing enterprises are faced with increasing competitive pressure and the complexity and variability of consumer demands. To meet the latest and generally maintain competitive positions in the market, enterprises integrate modern technical and technological solutions, apply scalable and flexible digital innovations to improve complex production processes, achieve end-to-end visibility, improve production quality and optimize business processes. Against the backdrop of rapid transformation of global industry and restructuring of global supply chains, Ukrainian enterprises need to create new production structures based on a combination of innovative, economic and organizational factors of production and take into account global trends to maintain and increase competitive advantages in the market. Research into the features of the functioning of modern enterprises has revealed that in order to maintain competitive positions in the market, entities of the real sector of the economy integrate modern technical and technological solutions, apply scalable and flexible digital innovations to improve complex production processes, achieve end-to-end visibility, improve production quality and generally optimize business processes. It found that to achieve the set goals, the enterprise management should focus on optimizing all processes related to the production of the final product, starting from ordering raw materials and ending with the direct production of products. It was determined that the management of the efficiency of the enterprise's production processes is an activity related to the planning, organization, control and coordination of production processes in order to achieve maximum productivity of economic activity and product quality while minimizing operating costs. It found that digitalization is currently the key driver of transformational changes in production activities. The directions of digital transformation and the features of their implementation are reveal. Attention is focus on both the positive aspects of digitalization and the threats of using digital technological solutions in the field of production.
