Визначення норм часу на виконання технологічних операцій на сортувальній станції

Abstract

UA: Об'єктом дослідження є процес функціонування технічних пристроїв сортувальної станції. Метою роботи є визначення параметрів технічних пристроїв сортувальної станції з метою пошуку шляхів для покращення показників її роботи. У кваліфікаційній роботі проведено аналіз технології роботи сортувальної станції з метою покращення організації процесів обробки вантажних поїздів. Розглянуто принципи функціонування сучасних сортувальних станцій, визначено основні параметри роботи технічних пристроїв та охарактеризовано технологічні операції, пов'язані з розформуванням і формуванням составів. Особливу увагу приділено вивченню передового досвіду закордонних станцій, що дало змогу виявити ефективні рішення для впровадження у вітчизняну практику. На основі зібраних даних про виробничі показники однієї з українських сортувальних станцій проведено оцінку її діяльності, встановлено середні значення часу на виконання основних технологічних операцій та побудовано оптимізований технологічний графік роботи сортувальної гірки. В результаті дослідження розраховано тривалість операцій, таких як насування, розпуск, осаджування та завершення формування составів. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для вдосконалення технологічного процесу на сортувальних станціях, зменшення часу обробки поїздів та підвищення загальної ефективності залізничних перевезень.

EN: The object of the study the process of functioning of technical devices of a marshalling yard. The purpose of the research is to s to determine the parameters of the technical devices of the sorting station in order to find ways to improve its performance. The qualification work analyzes the technology of a marshalling yard in order to improve the organization of freight train handling processes. The principles of functioning of modern marshalling yards are considered, the main parameters of technical devices are determined, and technological operations related to the disbanding and formation of trains are characterized. Particular attention is paid to the study of the best practices of foreign stations, which made it possible to identify effective solutions for implementation in domestic practice. Based on the collected data on the performance indicators of one of the Ukrainian marshalling yards, the article assesses its performance, establishes the average time for the main technological operations and builds an optimized technological schedule for the marshalling yard. The study calculated the duration of operations, such as advancing, disbanding, settling, and completing the formation of trains. The results obtained can be used to improve the technological process at marshalling yards, reduce train handling time and increase the overall efficiency of rail transportation.
