Abstract

UA: Мета дослідження. Метою даної роботи є дослідження інформатизації роботи поїзного диспетчера. Об'єкт дослідження - процес вантажних залізничних перевезень. Предмет дослідження технологія диспетчерського керівництва в умовах інформатизації. Методи дослідження. Виконані дослідження засновані на використанні принципів системного аналізу i процедури моніторингу процесу диспетчерського керівництва в умовах функціонування автоматизованих систем i APM ДЦУ. Використано елементи теорії графів, теорії множин i теорії відносин. Обгрунтованість та достовірність наукових положень, висновків та рекомендацій. Обгрувтованість та достовірність наукових положень, висновків та рекомендацій обумовлена коректністю постановки та рішення задачі, коректністю використаних приіщипів системного аналізу i процедури моніторингу процесу вантажних перевезень. Практичне значения полягає в тому, що на основі виконаної роботи розроблено фахові пропозиції. Ïx можна покласти в основу проектів реформування галузі. I, як наслідок, це дозволить удосконалити транспортні технологіі галузі.

EN: Research purpose. The purpose of this work is to study the informatization of the work of а train dispatcher. The object of research is the process of freight rail transportation. The subject of research is the technology of dispatch management in the conditions of informatization. Research methods. The research is based on the use of the principles of system analysis and the procedure for monitoring the dispatch management process in the conditions of functioning of automated systems and ARMs of the DCU. Elements of graph theory, set theory and relationship theory were used. Substantiation and reliability of scientific provisions, conclusions and recommendations. The validity and reliability of scientific provisions, conclusions and recommendations are due to the correctness of the formulation and solution of the problem, the correctness of the principles of system analysis and the procedure for monitoring the process of freight transportation used. The practical significance lies in the fact that professional proposals have been developed on the basis of the work performed. They can be used as the basis for industry reform projects. And, as а result, this will allow improving the transport technologies of the industry.
