Удосконалення процесу перевезення міжнародних вагонопотоків у сучасних умовах

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес транспортування міжнародних вантажопотоків залізницею, предметом – митне обслуговування цих потоків на залізничних станціях. Метою роботи є удосконалення процесу перевезення міжнародних вагонопотоків у сучасних умовах. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано сучасний стан міжнародних залізничних перевезень, виявлено основні проблеми, що призводять до збільшення простоїв на кордоні України, зниження ефективності міжнародних перевезень. Проведено аналіз наукових праць за темою роботи. Розроблено пропозиції з формування митно-логістичних комплексів для покращення обслуговування міжнародних вантажопотоків, що транспортуються залізницями України. Сформована математична модель визначення числа митно-логістичних комплексів враховує обсяги транспортної роботи з міжнародними вантажами.

EN: The object of the study is the process of transporting international freight flows by rail, the subject is customs servicing of these flows at railway stations. The purpose of the research is to improve the process of transporting international wagon flows in modern conditions. The qualification work analyzes the current state of international rail transportation, identifies the main problems that lead to increased downtime at the border of Ukraine, and a decrease in the efficiency of international transportation. An analysis of scientific works on the topic of the work was conducted. Proposals have been developed for the formation of customs and logistics complexes to improve the service of international cargo flows transported by Ukrainian railways. The mathematical model for determining the number of customs and logistics complexes has been developed, taking into account the volume of transport work with international cargo.
