Удосконалення митної обробки залізничних вантажопотоків в Україні

Abstract

UA: Об'єктом дослідження висткпає процес транспортування міжнародних залізничних вантажопотоків. Предметом дослідження є митна обробка цих вантажопотоків. Метою роботи є дослідження технології обробки міжнародних залізничних вантажопотоків. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано сучасний стан міжнародних залізничних перевезень, виявлено основні проблеми, що призводять до збільшення простоїв на кордоні України, зниження ефективності міжнародних перевезень та митних операцій. Проведено анализ наукових праць за темою роботи. Розроблено пропозиції з прийняття рішення митним інспектором щодо форми митного контролю міжнародних вантажів з урахуванням інтересів вантажовласників.

EN: The object of the study is the process of transporting international railway cargo flows. The subject of the study is the customs processing of these cargo flows. The purpose of the work is to study the technology of processing international railway cargo flows. The qualification work analyzed the current state of international railway transportation, identified the main problems that lead to increased downtime at the border of Ukraine, reduced efficiency of international transportation and customs operations. An analysis of scientific works on the topic of the work was conducted. Proposals were developed for making a decision by a customs inspector on the form of customs control of international cargo, taking into account the interests of cargo owners.
