Організація міжнародних мультимодальних перевезень

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації мультимодальних перевезень. Метою роботи є виконання досліджень щодо вибору оптимального маршруту міжнародного мультимодального перевезення з урахуванням витрат на транспортування та можливих ризиків. У роботі виконано аналіз сучасних підходів до планування та реалізації мультимодальних перевезень, вивчено особливості взаємодії різних видів транспорту. Розглянуто сучасний стан організації мультимодальних перевезень, як в Україні, так і в країнах Європейського Союзу та проведено дослідження щодо можливих ризиків при здійсенні мультимодального перевезення. Виконано дослідження щодо вибору оптимального маршруту міжнародного мультимодального перевезення, що забезпечить надійність транспортування при мінімальних витратах часу і коштів та при врахуванні можливих ризиків. Визначено, що використання морського, залізничного та автомобільного транспорту при здійсненні певного мультимодального маршруту, дозволить знизити логістичні витрати.

EN: The object of research is the process of organizing multimodal transportation. The purpose of the study is to conduct research on the selection of the optimal route for international multimodal transportation, taking into account transportation costs and possible risks. The paper analyzes modern approaches to the planning and implementation of multimodal transportation, and examines the peculiarities of interaction between different modes of transport. The current state of organization of multimodal transportation, both in Ukraine and in the countries of the European Union, is considered, and a study of possible risks in the implementation of multimodal transportation is carried out. A study has been carried out to select the optimal route for international multimodal transportation, which will ensure the reliability of transportation with minimal time and money and taking into account possible risks. It is determined that the use of sea, rail and road transport in the implementation of a certain multimodal route will reduce logistics costs.
