Дослідження питання раціональної організації вагонопотоків у групові поїзди

Abstract

UA: У сфері вантажних перевезень одним з головних стає принцип «доставки в необхідний час». На систему вагонопотоків впливає те, що вантажі, які пред'являються до перевезення, мають різні пріоритети щодо швидкості доставки і, як наслідок, не всі вантажі одного призначення перевозяться в одних і тих самих поїздах. Це вимагає принципових змін всієї системи розробки плану формування поїздів.

EN: According to the Transport strategy of Ukraine the mainstream is the complex optimization of the Ukrainian railway operation which is aimed at increasing efficiency of the operational quality on the base of the new traffic management system. Reducing the volume of forwarding work on railway transport has determined a significant gap between the actual and necessary resources. It is the most noticeable in the operation of marshaling yards which are deploying only a part of their power now. Considering the above the need of researching questions to form group trains is appearing in modern conditions. The country`s transition to the market economy makes us look anew at the system of traffic volumes arrangement. In the field of freight transportation the principle “delivery at the right time” becomes one of the main one. The traffic volumes system is influenced on that the loads applied to transportation have different priorities about speed of delivery and as a consequence all loads are not transported into the same trains. It demands principal changes of the whole system to develop plan of forming trains. There appears the need to increase significantly the number of multigroup trains including trains with changeable groups.
