Підходи до розробки адаптивної моделі управління вантажопотоками у міжнародних транспортних коридорах

Abstract

The formation of an effective cargo flow management system in international transport corridors is a strategic task for the development of Ukraine's transport infrastructure. Rail transport, as the main component of the state's logistics system, provides more than 60% of export and import cargo transportation, including grain, ore, metal products, and containers. However, current operating conditions are characterized by unstable market relations, changes in cargo flow directions, and the need to coordinate work with European transport operators. This necessitates adaptive management of the transport process, capable of responding quickly to changes in the external environment.
