Удосконалення інвестиційної діяльності товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю "Промсервис"

Abstract

UA: Об'єктом дослідження є інвестиційна діяльність підприємства та її ефективність на прикладі ТОВ «Промсервіс». Метою магістерської роботи є вивчення теоретичних і практичних аспектів інвестицій підприємства, розробка методів, системи показників оцінки ефективності інвестицій і пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств в умовах становлення ринкових відносин. У роботі розглянуті теоретичні основи дослідження інвестиційної діяльності підприємства: поняття та функції інвестицій, методи та оцінка ефективності інвестиційної діяльності; проведено фінансово-економічний аналіз діяльності ТОВ «Промсервіс» та визначено шляхи підвищення ефективності його діяльності; запропоновано інвестиційну стратегію розвитку підприємства та розраховані показники ефективності даного заходу. Результати даного дослідження мають значущий практичний потенціал для менеджерів, аналітиків господарюючих суб'єктів для підвищення ефективності діяльності в умовах нестабільності.

EN: The object of the study is the investment activity of the enterprise and its efficiency using the example of the private enterprise "Promservice". The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of enterprise investments, develop methods, a system of indicators for assessing investment efficiency, and proposals for improving the efficiency of managing investment activities of enterprises in the context of the formation of market relations. The paper considers the theoretical foundations of the study of the investment activity of the enterprise: the concept and functions of investment, methods and assessment of the effectiveness of investment activity; a financial and economic analysis of the activities of the private production enterprise "Promserviсе" is carried out and ways to increase the efficiency of its activities are identified; an investment strategy for the development of the enterprise is proposed and the effectiveness indicators of this measure are calculated. The results of this study have significant practical potential for managers and analysts of business entities to increase the efficiency of their activities in conditions of instability.
