Реконструкція адміністративної будівлі м. Харків. Комплексний проект

Abstract

UA: Тема, яка розкривається у даному проекті, є актуальною. Вона присвячена проблемам реконструкції існуючої будівлі, яка являється пам'яткою архітектури. Реконструкція виконується в дві черги, перша черга реконструкції присвячена відновленню несучої здатності конструкції та надбудові третього поверху, друга черга реконструкції присвячена прибудові трьох поверхового об'єму. Після проведення реконструкції значно збільшується площа й кількість корисних приміщень при збільшені будівельного об’єму будівлі, що призводить до більш комфортного обслуговування клієнтів та покращуються умови роботи персоналу будівлі.

EN: The topic that is revealed in this project is relevant. It is dedicated to the problems of reconstruction of an existing building, which is a monument of architecture. The reconstruction is carried out in two stages, the first stage of reconstruction is dedicated to restoring the load-bearing capacity of the structure and the superstructure of the third floor, the second stage of reconstruction is dedicated to the extension of a three-story volume. After the reconstruction, the area and number of useful premises increase significantly while increasing the construction volume of the building, which leads to more comfortable customer service and improved working conditions for the building staff.
