Удосконалення інтероперабельності при організації пасажирських перевезень у міжнародному сполученні

Abstract

UA: Метою дослідження є удосконалення інтероперабельності при організації пасажирських перевезень у міжнародному сполученні. Об'єктом дослідження є процес міжнародних пасажирських перевезень у залізничній транспортній системі, предметом — інтероперабельність системи організації та управління цими перевезеннями на прикордонних залізничних переходах. Достовірність результатів забезпечена застосуванням методів аналізу, формалізації процесів та математичного імітаційного моделювання (Monte Carlo) для кількісної оцінки параметрів прикордонного обслуговування. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в удосконаленні підходу до оцінювання інтероперабельності міжнародних пасажирських перевезень на основі поєднання інтегральної багатокритеріальної оцінки та імітаційного моделювання. Запропоновано кількісний метод агрегування нормалізованих показників організаційної, технологічної та інформаційної узгодженості, а також застосовано дискретно-подієве моделювання для аналізу варіативності часу прикордонного обслуговування і ризику перевищення нормативних значень. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості використання запропонованого підходу для обгрунтування організаційно-цифрових заходів з підвищення інтероперабельності міжнародних пасажирських перевезень без зміни інфраструктурних параметрів. Апробацію здійснено на міжнародній науково - практичній конференції «Інтелектуальні транспортні технології» та студентській науково-технічній конференції УкрДУЗТ.

EN: Purpose of the Study. The aim of the research is to improve interoperability in the organization of international passenger transportation. The object of the research is the process of international passenger transportation within the railway transport system, while the subject of the research is the interoperability of the organization and management system of these services at border railway crossings. Research Methods. The reliability of the results is ensured by the application of analysis methods, process formalization, and mathematical simulation modeling (Monte Carlo) for the quantitative assessment of border servicing parameters. Findings and Scientific Novelty. The scientific novelty of the work lies in improving the approach to assessing the interoperability of international passenger transportation by combining integrated multicriteria evaluation with simulation modeling. A quantitative method for aggregating normalized indicators of organizational, technological, and informational consistency is proposed, and discrete-event simulation is applied to analyze the variability of border servicing time and the risk of exceeding standard values. The practical significance of the work consists in the possibility of using the proposed approach to justify organizational and digital measures aimed at improving the interoperability of international passenger transportation without changing infrastructure parameters. Dissemination of Research Results: The main results of the research were presented at the international scientific and practical conference "Intelligent Transport Technologies" and the student scientific and technical conference of UkrSURT.
