Дослідження потенціалу індустріальних парків як основи реалізації принципів циркулярної економіки

Abstract

UA: Наразі індустріальні парки демонструють високий потенціал для впровадження принципів циркулярної економіки в Україні та для включення у глобальні процеси розбудови кліматично нейтрального бізнес-середовища. Досліджено світову практику та український досвід розбудови екоіндустріальних парків і з’ясовано високу ефективність інтеграції принципів циркулярної економіки, промислового симбіозу та ресурсоефективного виробництва в індустріальні об’єднання. Виявлено, що формування екоіндустріальних парків в Україні лише набирає обертів, закладаючи основу для майбутньої інтеграції у глобальні процеси сталого розвитку. Відзначено, що у контексті післявоєнної відбудови країни екоіндустріальні парки слід розглядати не просто як інструмент стимулювання розвитку економіки, а й як драйвер екологічної модернізації відповідно до європейських норм і глобальних викликів. Розкрито стратегічні напрями екоіндустріального симбіозу підприємств-партнерів, спрямовані на ефективне використання ресурсів, впровадження замкнених виробничих циклів і зниження екологічного навантаження.

EN: Currently, industrial parks demonstrate high potential for implementing the principles of the circular economy in Ukraine and for inclusion in global processes of developing a climateneutral business environment. The global practice and Ukrainian experience in developing ecoindustrial parks were studied and the high efficiency of integrating the principles of the circular economy, industrial symbiosis and resource-efficient production into industrial associations was revealed. It was found that the formation of eco-industrial parks in Ukraine is only gaining momentum, laying the foundation for future integration into global processes of sustainable development. It was noted that eco-industrial parks can become an effective platform for the post-war revival of Ukraine not only in economic, but also in environmental, social and investment dimensions. During the war years, the country's industry and transport suffered extraordinary losses of both the material and technical base, and personnel and financial potential. In view of this, eco-industrial parks can host enterprises moving from combat zones, providing them with safe working conditions, and in the future they will become an environment for restoring the lost potential of enterprises in any region of the country. In addition, business entities will be able to immediately adapt to European environmental standards, integrating into the European market. It will contribute to the development of a network of eco-industrial parks and attracting investments, becoming particularly attractive entities for investors focused on sustainable and inclusive development. Also, eco-industrial parks can become a platform for international projects, in particular in the field of green energy. The strategic directions of ecoindustrial symbiosis of partner enterprises are revealed, aimed at the efficient use of resources, the implementation of closed production cycles and reducing the environmental load.
