| dc.description.abstract | At the present time around the world, the problem remains unresolved, devoted to the development of a criterion for assessing the results of creative activity organizations, and its individual scientists. It is assumed that scientists should have a clear idea of the indicators of his scientific activity in accordance with his tasks and goals. Using this should allow to build a network of scientific ties between countries, organizations and individual scientists and evaluate the effectiveness of scientific activities in the world [1]. As you know, today the "h-index" or "Hirsch index" is taken as such a criterion. | uk_UA |
