Підвищення паливної ефективності промислових тепловозів

Abstract

UA: У даній статті виконано аналіз заходів з підвищення паливної ефективності маневрових тепловозів в умовах промислового підприємства та наведено основні чинники, які впливають на витрату енергоресурсів у тязі поїздів, а також запропоновано основні напрямки робіт і пристрої для подальшого вдосконалення систем нормування, обліку та економії дизельного палива. Виконано аналіз результатів дослідження витрати палива тепловозів і запропоновано заходи та пристрої щодо підвищення ефективності використання маневрових тепловозів в умовах промислового підприємства, а саме на металургійному комбінаті.

EN: In this article the analysis of measures to improve fuel efficiency of shunting locomotives in industrial enterprise, and includes key factors that affect the energy consumption in traction trains, as well as the basic directions of works and devices to further improve systems of valuation, accounting and conserve diesel fuel. The analysis of the characteristics of shunting locomotives work in industrial enterprises, which allows you to develop requirements for industrial locomotives. One of the ways to increase fuel efficiency of industrial diesel is a comprehensive upgrade to replace the main power equipment on modern models (diesel engine with a microprocessor control system, transmission with asynchronous traction motors). Various methods of rationing consumption of diesel fuel in order to select the most accurate method for calculating the fuel consumption with use of special programs. The analysis of the research results of fuel consumption of diesel and the proposed measures and devices to improve the efficiency of the use of shunting locomotives in industrial enterprises, namely steel mill.
