Дослідження особливостей зносу тягових зубчатих передач електропоїздів серії ЕР-2

Abstract

UA: Зазначено, що знос зубчатих коліс негативно впливає на роботу всього колісно-моторного блока і тягового електродвигуна, зокрема. Обгрунтовано необхідність проведення досліджень особливостей зносу тягових зубчатих передач в експлуатації. Подано результати дослідження з виділенням основних груп шестерень та зубчатих коліс у залежності від зносу їх зубців за хордою ділильного кола. Наведено приклади знімків зубців шестерень та зубчатих коліс відповідних груп.

EN: In articles the statistics of malfunctions of gear wheels and cogwheels of traction tooth gearings of a rolling stock is analysed. It is found out that their majority in operation is rejected because of achievement of limit wear of teeths on a chord of a delitelny circle. The errors of gear gearing caused by wear of teeths of gear wheels and cogwheels, uneven demolition of their profiles, lead to change of characteristics of gearing in comparison with a new tooth gearing that negatively influences operation of all wheel and motor block and, in particular, the traction electric motor. Need of carrying out researches of features of wear of traction tooth gearings for operation is proved. Results of research with allocation of the main groups of gear wheels and cogwheels depending on wear on a chord of a delitelny circle are presented. Examples of pictures of teeths of gear wheels and cogwheels of the relevant groups are given.
