Ensuring public safety within Ukraine’s national defense system

Abstract

Under Ukrainian law, Ukraine’s national interests are the vital interests of individuals, society, and the state, among which ensuring safe living conditions holds a special place. This concept encompasses the creation of living conditions in which every person has the opportunity to live, work, and develop without threat to their life and health, which is one of the key prerequisites for the sustainable development of society and the state as a whole.
