Циркулярний підхід до управління активами підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: У статті встановлено, що у відповідь на глобальні екологічні виклики транспортні компанії впроваджують екологічні види транспорту, застосовують рішення інтелектуальної мобільності та екологічно орієнтовані цифрові системи управління перевезеннями. З’ясовано, що сталий розвиток та впровадження принципів циркулярної економіки є актуальним і для підприємств залізничного транспорту, які сьогодні демонструють підтримку принципів стійкого зростання і реалізують перехід від традиційної до циркулярної бізнес-моделі. Виявлено, що рівень екологічної діяльності на українських підприємствах залізничного транспорту залишається низьким і здебільшого обмежується традиційними заходами, спрямованими на покращення енергоефективності транспортного процесу. Відзначено, що циркулярний потенціал у контексті управління активами підприємств залізничного транспорту можна розглядати як здатність підприємств галузі ефективно використовувати ресурси в замкнених циклах, мінімізуючи відходи та підвищуючи стійкість бізнесу. Вказано, що це може включати повторне використання матеріалів, мінімізацію відходів та впровадження стійких практик, модернізацію рухомого складу і повторне використання окремих деталей та вузлів, впровадження цифрових технологій для оптимізації процесів тощо.

EN: The article establishes that in response to global environmental challenges, transport companies are introducing environmentally friendly modes of transport, applying intelligent mobility solutions and environmentally friendly digital transport management systems. It is found that sustainable development and implementation of the principles of the circular economy are also relevant for railway transport enterprises, which today demonstrate support for the principles of sustainable growth and are implementing the transition from a traditional to a circular business model. It is found that the level of environmental activity at Ukrainian railway transport enterprises remains low and is mostly limited to traditional measures aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the transport process. It is noted that the circular potential in the context of asset management of railway transport enterprises can be considered as the ability of enterprises in the industry to effectively use resources in closed cycles, minimizing waste and increasing business sustainability. It is indicated that this may include the reuse of materials, waste minimization and the implementation of sustainable practices, the modernization of rolling stock instead of its scrapping and the reuse of individual parts and assemblies, the implementation of digital technologies to optimize processes, etc. A list of key initiatives implemented in the industry in recent years to improve environmental safety and minimize negative impact on the environment is disclosed. It is noted that the circular potential in the context of asset management of railway transport enterprises can be considered as the ability of enterprises in the industry to effectively use resources in closed cycles, minimizing waste and increasing business sustainability. This can be implemented by developing eco-symbiotic relationships between railway transport enterprises and other economic entities, in particular transport companies, suppliers of environmentally friendly innovative solutions, namely those specializing in the development and production of water and air purification technologies, solid waste processing, heat and electricity generation, as well as energy and resource conservation. Also, enterprises in the oil refining, metallurgical, metalworking, construction, and mining industries should be involved. This group also includes companies engaged in wastewater treatment, the production of fuel materials, plastics, and agricultural activities.
