Methodology and Organization of Scientific Research (in English): Lecture Notes

Abstract

The educational component “Methodology and Organization of Scientific Research (in English)” forms a student’s systemic worldview and developed analytical thinking for studying scientific processes. It contributes to mastering fundamental research approaches, logical structuring of scientific research and the application of modern methods for solving complex problems, thereby ensuring effective organization and implementation of scientific work, and improving professional communication skills in English. The lecture notes consist of two parts. The first part covers the concept of science and its evolution, the development of a scientist as a person and the regime of scientific work, as well as the methodology of scientific research, including general and special methods. Recommended for publication and use in the educational process of UkrSURT for applicants of the second (master's) level of specialty D3 Management of the OP "Sustainable Logistics and Supply Chain Management" from the educational component "Methodology and Organization of Scientific Research (in English)" for all forms of education.
