N: Object of research –bearing assemblies of locomotives. The aim of the master's thesis is to improve the efficiency of diagnosing the bearings with integration into the Digital Twins environment. The aim of the master's thesis is to improve the efficiency of diagnosing locomotive bearing assemblies for the information support of digital twins. The master's thesis investigates the causes of operational failures of locomotive equipment and substantiates the improvement of vibration diagnostics of bearing assemblies to support digital twins. The methodology of vibration spectral analysis and acoustic emission is examined, and mathematical expressions for calculating the kinematic defect frequencies of rolling bearings are presented. Based on bench tests of ChS7 locomotive traction motors, vibration envelope spectra are obtained for the early detection of outer ring, inner ring, and rolling element faults. A four-tier cyber- physical architecture and the predictive core structure of the bearing digital twin based on the vibration envelope spectral feature vector are proposed. An algorithm for hybrid modeling of bearing degradation trends is described to predict remaining useful life, optimize locomotive repair schedules, and reduce depot operating costs.-
