Abstract

UA: Касьянов В.В. Електропровідні покриття на основі портландцементу для захисту від електрокорозії і ремонту конструкцій та споруд залізниць. – На правах рукопису. Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата технічних наук за спеціальністю 05.23.05  будівельні матеріали та вироби.  Український державний університет залізничного транспорту МОН України, Харків, 2018. Дисертація присвячена встановленню механізму руйнівної дії струмів витоку з електрифікованих постійним струмом залізничних колій на бетон і залізобетонні конструкції високих пасажирських платформ, а також розробленню складів на основі портландцементу, комплексної хімічної добавки та електропровідного наповнювача для ремонту і екранного захисту від електрокорозії конструкцій і споруд залізниць. Удосконалено теоретичні уявлення про механізм протікання струмів витоку з рейок залізничної колії через конструкції будівель і споруд залізниць, зокрема високих пасажирських платформ, і їх електрокорозійне пошкодження. Обґрунтовано і розроблено склад проникної дії на основі портландцементу і комплексної хімічної добавки для ремонту і екранного захисту від електрокорозії конструкцій і споруд залізниць, а також технологію його приготування. Розроблено рекомендаційні документи ПАТ «Українська залізниця». Результати досліджень впроваджено під час розроблення конструктивно-технологічних рішень з відновлення експлуатаційних властивостей і захисту від корозії будівель станційних комплексів Південної залізниці, а також у навчальному процесі. The thesis is devoted to establishment of the mechanism of destructive action of currents coil of electrified by a direct current of railway tracks on concrete i reinforced concrete constructions of high passenger platforms, as well as the development of formulations based on Portland cement, complex chemical additive and electro conductive filler for repair and screen protection against electro-corrosion of constructions and structures of railways. The theoretical concepts of the mechanism of leakage current currents from the railways of the railroad through the construction of buildings and structures of railways, in particular high passenger platforms, and their electro corrosive damage. The warehouse for the penetration of goods on the basis of Portland cement and complex chemical additives for repairing the screened excavation of electrical engineering construction and repairing the halls is organized and shredded, as well as the technology of its preparation. The recommendations of Ukrainian railway have been corrupted. The result is the implementation of the project in the hour of the dismantling of the constructive and technologic solutions to the exploitation of the power authorities, that is, in the wilderness of the hostels of the stations of the complex, and in the navigational process.
