Стан и перспективи забезпечення збереження вантажів при перевезенні залізницями України

Abstract

UA: Проведено аналіз стану забезпечення збереженості вантажів за останні чотири роки на залізницях України, що дозволило обґрунтувати технологічні заходи в роботі залізниць і для власників вантажу. Обґрунтовано технічні, технологічні та організаційні пропозиції щодо забезпечення якісної технології охорони вантажів.

EN: The analysis of the state to secure the safety of goods during the last four years on the railways of Ukraine (including various departments of Railways), which significantly affects the overall safety of goods. Identified the main causes of nonconservation traffic. A detailed analysis of the structural units of work Donetsk and Dnieper railways, which carried out the largest volume of cargo of the network, to ensure safety of goods. It is proved that the railways Ukraine trying to address issues of safety of goods as the introduction of innovative technologies and dissemination of experience, taking into account local conditions. Indicated that a complex of measures in the transportation process will significantly reduce existing cases nonconservation goods. All of the above allow proving promising technological measures in railways and cargo owners in the complex field of preservation of goods. Also reasonable technical, technological and organizational proposals for ensuring high-quality technology protection against theft of goods during transportation by rail, the implementation of which will significantly increase the preservation of goods during transportation by rail Ukraine.
