Підвищення ефективності технологічного процесу фарбування пасажирських вагонів

Abstract

UA: Поліпшення ефективності та конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту може бути досягнуте за рахунок модернізації морально застарілих і менш надійних вузлів вагонів з метою ліквідації відмов устаткування в експлуатації, вдосконалення технологічного процесу ремонту і обслуговування пасажирських вагонів, впровадження сучасних і ефективних технологій, технічних засобів, що дозволяють зменшити вплив "людського чинника". Так, використання якісних лакофарбових матеріалів поліпшує в першу чергу протикорозійний захист рухомого складу в атмосферних умовах, а також підвищує ефективність фарбування пасажирських вагонів. Здобуття якісного декоративного покриття з підвищеним терміном служби можливо при використанні сучасних методів нанесення.

EN: An improvement of the efficiency and competitiveness of rail transport can be achieved by modernizing outdated and less reliable car units to eliminate equipment failures in service improvement process of repair and maintenance of passenger cars, the introduction of modern and efficient technologies, technical means to reduce the impact of "human factor". The cost of painting a passenger car is about 27-30 thousand UAH. However, passenger cars after staining with depot repair and overhaul in the first year of operation is largely lose a decorative look, the paint is subjected to rapid destruction: microcracks appear, chips, discontinuities and other defects. Poor quality of the protective coating on the car body for the following reasons: the use of paints of poor quality; imperfect preparation of metal surfaces prior to painting car bodies. So, the use of high-quality paints and varnishes primarily improves corrosion protection of the rolling stock in the atmospheric conditions, as well as improving the efficiency of staining of carriages. Obtaining high-quality decorative coating with increased service life is possible with the use of modern methods of application.
