Теоретико практичні засади створенн я інформаційно - логістичного центру

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто теоретико-практичні засади одного з елементів модернізації транспортної системи України – логістичного центру. Зв`язок транспорту, транспортної, складської, термінальної інфраструктури для скоординованої роботи можна було б найбільш ефективно забезпечити в межах мультимодальних транспортних вузлів, або, як їх ще називають, транспортно- логістичних центрів. Мультимодальність означає, що в перевезенні вантажів бере участь кілька видів транспорту: залізнич- ний, автомобільний, авіаційний, морський, річковий.

EN: The article deals with the theoretical and practical principles of one of the elements of modernization of the transport system of Ukraine, namely, the logistics center. Communication of transport, transport, warehouse, terminal infrastructure for coordinated work could be most effectively ensured within multimodal transport hubs or as they are called transport and logistics centers. It is important to emphasize that a prerequisite for the establishment and operation of a logistics center is the organization of information support, which should ensure interaction with customers and partners of the Logistics Center, as well as the calculation of the optimal route of transportation and control of the delivery schedule, making payments with all participants of transportation and performance of others statutory functions of the center. The product of the logistics center is a set of contextually related information and consulting services for different categories of customers in the field of transport and freight forwarding activities, as well as providing information and logistical support for these processes.
