Визначення стратегічних перспектив розвитку території

Abstract

UA: Метою статті є визначення стратегічних перспектив розвитку території за допомогою проведення SWOT-аналізу, що дасть змогу підвищити конкурентоспроможність цієї території й розробити конкурентні стратегії залучення інвестицій. Розроблено порівняльну таблицю конкурентних стратегій залучення інвестицій для розвитку території з метою обрання найбільш ефективної з них. Проведено дослідження перспектив розвитку території на прикладі Апостолівської об’єднаної територіальної громади (ОТГ). За результатами SWOT-аналізу встановлено, що в громаді спостерігається рівновага сильних і слабких сторін. Водночас у разі зовнішніх чинників можливості переважають над загрозами.

EN: The purpose of this article is to identify strategic development prospects of the territory with the help of the SWOT-analysis that will enhance the competitiveness of the area and to develop a competitive strategy to attract investment. Developed a comparison table of competitive strategies to attract investment for development of the territory to elect the most effective ones. A study of prospects of development of the territory on the example of United territorial community of the city of Apostolovo. According to the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that in the community there is a balance of strengths and weaknesses.
