Удосконалення логістичного менеджменту в умовах економічних перетворень

Abstract

UA: В умовах розвитку ринкових відносин першочерговим завданням залізничного транспорту є оцінка майбутнього положення виходячи зі зміни умов його діяльності. Для прийняття альтернативних рішень з управління залізничним транспортом України важливе місце займає питання логістичного менеджменту. Актуальність даної теми полягає у тому, що методи управління логістичного менеджменту займають особливе місце в ланцюзі основних категорій наукового керування й забезпечують цілеспрямований вплив на працівників і виробничі колективи підприємств для досягнення координації поставлених завдань.

EN: The object of the – In the conditions of the development of market relations, the primary task of rail transport is to assess the future situation based on the changing conditions of its activities. The issue of logistics management plays an important role in the adoption of alternative solutions for the management of the railway transport of Ukraine. The development of proposals for the mutual relationship of all types of transport in logistics management in the context of restructuring is due to reduced operating costs. This primary task of solving this problem can be achieved by conducting large-scale scientific studies on the degree of reduction of fuel and energy, labor, financial and other resources that are used on the railways in the implementation of logistic schemes.
